The Heyls started working with Moore's in fundraising in 1957 and eventually bought the business in 1964. (By the way, Jim earned the Eagle rank in Boy Scouts.) In 1981, Jim and his wife, Lois, bought the family business to continue the tradition. Their son, Dana, joined the company in 1993, making three generations.
